ABOUT US
Mojaz Support Program (MSP) was established in 2008 with a mission to provide financial support to individuals who are often excluded from traditional banking services. It began as a part of the Mojaz Foundation (MF) under an initiative by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), aimed at reaching out to the poor and underserved communities who lacked access to credit from conventional banks.
MSP initiated its operations from its Head Office in Narowal District with one branch office and financial assistance from the Pakistan Micro-finance Investment Company. Mojaz Support Program was registered with SECP as a Non-banking Finance Company (NBFC) in 2016, which clearly shows its maturity and acceptance at the national level.
Today, MSP offers a variety of financial services including general loans, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) loans, and micro-insurance to over 29,000 clients. With 20 branches across five districts in Pakistan, MSP continues to expand its services to more people in need, especially focusing on micro-entrepreneurs, women, and youth. These loans help clients start or grow their businesses, create jobs, build assets, and improve their overall quality of life.
MSP also has a Client Relationship Management System (CRMS) in place to ensure that clients receive the support they need. Through this system, clients can access our services, get updates on their loan status, and share feedback or complaints. Additionally, MSP has established a call center to assist clients and keep them informed about the recovery process and other services.
At MSP, we are dedicated to empowering the underprivileged, especially women and youth, helping them achieve financial stability and contribute to the growth and development of the country. Through our efforts, we aim to uplift communities and create a positive impact on the lives of those who need it the most.
